Map of Pimmit Hills Tysons VAWelcome to the Pimmit Hills neighborhood located in Falls Church, Virginia in the Tysons Corner area.

Founded in May 1950, Pimmit Hills is one of the oldest and largest communities in Fairfax County. We are part of the Dranesville District in Fairfax County.

Our 1,642+ homes on rolling hills amidst beautiful mature trees have an ideal location bordered by the Beltway, Route 7 and Route 123 near McLean, Virginia and the growing Tyson's Corner area.

The Pimmit Hills Citizens Association was organized in March 1951 by a group of 60 residents. The Association’s activities are non-partisan, non-sectarian and non-political. Its purpose is to promote, develop, and improve the general welfare of the Pimmit Hills community. Since its formation, the Association has provided a forum for discussing community needs and problems and a framework for organizing efforts to satisfy or solve them.

PHCA was formally incorporated in 1963. PHCA is a civic association, not a homeowners association. We track issues facing our community, our home values, area traffic and development and more. Together, we are a strong voice in Fairfax County. If you are a Pimmit Hills resident, become a member and obtain voting rights at PHCA town meetings.

PHCA Town Meetings are held on Tuesdays of select months at the Pimmit Hills Center on Lisle Avenue (see Community Events for dates). The meetings start at 7:30 pm and both homeowners and renters are welcome to attend.

PHCA publishes the Pimmit Hills Dispatch newsletter sent to all homes in Pimmit Hills, holds an annual Pimmit Hills Day in September, Clean-Up Days in the fall or spring, National Night Out in August and other community events.

Our yearly voluntary membership dues are only $20 for current residents. Becoming a member helps pay for PHCA events throughout the year, this community website, the Dispatch newsletters and more. The more members we have, the stronger our voice will be in Fairfax County. Click here to join, pay your dues and get access to the rest of this membership site.
